The mission of the Upper Dublin Public Library is to satisfy the informational, intellectual and cultural needs of all township residents by providing materials, programs and services that enrich people’s lives. We accomplish this mission by ensuring:

The Library Board creates service standards and policy and recommends funding for the Library. The Board meets the 3rd Wednesday of every month at 7 pm. Meetings are open to the public.

Wireless in the Library
Upper Dublin Public Library & North Hills Community Library have free, unsecured wi-fi networks provided by Upper Dublin Township for public use. The network names at the main library are UD_Wireless_Zone1 (in the Adult area) and UD_Wireless_Zone2 (in the Children's area). The network name at NHCL is Nhills_Library. There are no passwords required. For more information, please see our wireless instructions.
