Teen Library Council, or TLC, is the Upper Dublin Public Library's teen advisory board.  The library wants to be sure that we are meeting teen needs.   So, we ask TLC to help us plan and host events, suggest materials to purchase for our collections, and let us know how to make the Upper Dublin Public Library a great place where teens want to spend time and find the things they need!  Currently, 15 teens living in the Upper Dublin community are TLC members. 

Anyone in grades 6 to 12 may become a member of TLC.  For more information, please email our Young Adult Librarian.

Teen Library Council members elect new officers at the beginning of each school year. Any current Teen Library Council member may run for an officer position.
