It's a Teddy Bear Holiday Storytime/Party!

For Children Ages 3-6. Let's celebrate the 40th birthday of Corduroy the Bear and all teddy bears in general! Bear stories, a craft, and lots of free handouts and coloring sheets ! Tasty refreshments, too!

Join the fun as we celebrate the holiday season with teddy bears!

"Tale of the Despereaux" Party
Monday, December 15, 2008, 7:15-8:00 P.M.

Let's Celebrate the soon to be a new movie Newbery-Winning Book "The Tale of Despereaux", by Kate DiCamillo! Read the book first and join us at a fun party to talk about this fantastic book, play a game or two, enjoy refreshments, and take home some fun information about the upcoming movie!

For Children ages 6 and up! Read the book first (or have someone read it to you, or with you) and join us for a fun evening!

“One Book, Every Young Child 2009”

For kids ages 3-6. This Commonwealth Libraries of PA’s program highlights the importance of early literacy development in preschool children. This year’s book is “If You Were a Penguin” by Wendell & Florence Minor. Hand outs & craft too. Free gift: Paperback copy of  the book!

National Library Week
